RESPONSIVENESS
Your business is important to us at Erdle. When you call regarding product design, pricing, scheduling, processing, expediting, or routing of shipment, you deal with one customer service representative. The person assigned to your account is well versed in the procedures of the plant, and will pilot your order through to completion. From the outset, one of Erdle's field representatives is available to visit your facility and provide on-site assistance. We respond to your scheduling needs by having three production shifts running around the clock.
DELIVERY
Erdle defines its craft as the delivery of a part that works every time, on time. Quality manufacturing conformity is ensured through up-to-date equipment, methods and controls. Examples include microprocessor-controlled material feed systems, hard dies for accuracy and integrity of perforation layout, and the consistent use of prime materials. You may expect immediate delivery of perforated stock from all Erdle locations. To expedite shipment, major credit cards can be utilized for convenient customer payment.
