Fabricating
Our tooling expertise enables us to meet the customers' specific product needs. We also will handle your painting, coating, and other finishing requirements to complete the parts.
Laser processing is ideal for cutting a variety of materials and thicknesses, in a number of different shapes and sizes. Laser cutting offers an efficient means of cutting materials with no tooling charges or costly set-ups. Additionally, the laser can be combined with our other capabilities to provide you with a finished product.
Turret punching is ideal for finished perforation patterns, special shapes or perforations, notching, locating holes, blanking, multiple parts and preparing parts for continuing operations such as bending and forming.
Engineering
All locations produce their own standard perforated tooling as well as custom dies which can be built to fulfill a specific customers' needs. Our in-house team includes application and engineering personnel, as well as experienced account executives working hand-in-hand with manufacturing to process customer orders from start to finish.
