Laser Cutting
Erdle had produced quality parts since 1870. We now specialize in laser cutting of ferrous, non-ferrous or composite materials.
The Mitsubishi Laser Cell - Model 2512LXP was designed for high speed production of sheet-metal and plate, with maximum beam on time through automatic loading.
The Laser Cell has positioning accuracy of .002" per foot in the X and Y axis, with repeatable accuracy of ±.0004".
Our experienced computer-aided design staff can produce CAD files from a variety of sources including simple faxed sketches. At Erdle we also work from drawings, DXF files or CAD disks.
